Yande has more than twenty (20) years’ experience in audit, accounting and strategy spanning three continents — Africa, Australia and Europe. She did her articles with Ernst and Young and her last stop was in Australia before returning to take up the Managing Partner role for Crowe Zambia. When she took up the role, she was the only female managing partner amongst the top and second tier accounting firms in Zambia.
