Caleb has more than 30 years experience in Forensic Audits and investigations. He is well-versed with fraud prevention and detection systems coupled with thorough knowledge and experience with criminal justice processes and procedures all the way to litigation. He began his career in the public sector and moved to financial services and the Big Four. He has carried out investigations in the private sector, NGOs and the public sector.

He is the current board Chairman of RADAR Holdings Limited,
Board Chairman of Heritage Life Insurance and sits on a number of other boards for local companies

Jeskinus is extensively experienced in Human Capital Management and Leadership Development in the Banking Sector in Zimbabwe spanning over thirty-four (34) years, with 16 years as Head of Human Capital in a Commercial Bank. He has carried out cross border Consultancy Assignments in Botswana, South Africa, Uganda and Eswatini. Experienced in Corporate Strategic Planning, Human Capital Solutions, Organisational Design and Development, Culture Transformation and Bespoke Solutions on People and Culture Solutions. He has established a firm footprint on Corporate Strategy Facilitation and Strategic Plan design and implementation frameworks and tools.
